Custom Made Jewelry

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made jewelry, as these pieces are specially crafted to your specifications.

We encourage you to review all customization details carefully before placing your order to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If you have any concerns or issues with your custom-made jewelry, please contact us, and we will do our best to address them.


Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges of made to order pieces within 7 days of when you've received your items. 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@avehandmade.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and the reason for the return/exchange in your email.

The client is responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen returning packages. 

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the item(s).

We can provided the label and the shipping deducted from the exchange or return value.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Refunds are not permitted for custom-made jewelry.



Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
Please note that our return/exchange policy does not cover accidental damage, negligence, and natural tarnishing that may occur over time. 

We do not accept changes for imperfections in the stones. Each cut of stone is unique; They are formed naturally on earth and may have imperfections and some colors may vary slightly. 

We will provide instructions on returning the item(s) and will either issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
